What is a Boutique Spa Gathering?
A Boutique Spa Gathering is a private wellness experience designed for small groups seeking meaningful time together in a relaxing and intimate spa environment.
Each gathering includes:
• Private Salt Cave Experience
• Spa Appetizer Bites
• Signature Spa Refreshments
• One Shared Spa Experience selected for the entire group
How many guests can attend?
Boutique Spa Gatherings are available for groups of 4–6 guests only.
What spa experiences are available?
Each gathering selects one shared spa experience for all guests.

• Botanical Foot Scrub Ritual
• DIY Spa Mask Experience
• 15-Minute Mini Facial
• 15-Minute Chair Massage
To preserve the flow of the gathering and maintain a personalized experience, individual service selections are not available.
Can minors attend?
Yes. Guests ages 12–17 years old are welcome when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
A completed Minor Consent Form is required for all guests ages 12–17 prior to participation.
Are food and drinks included?
Yes. Boutique Spa Gatherings include spa appetizer bites and refreshments as part of the experience.
Please notify us in advance of any allergies or dietary restrictions.
How long is the gathering?
Most Boutique Spa Gatherings are approximately 2–2.5 hours, depending on group size and selected experience.
Can we decorate?
Light table décor and celebration touches may be approved in advance. Decorations must not damage walls, furniture, equipment, or interfere with the spa environment.
Is gratuity included?
Yes. An 18% included service charge is applied to all Boutique Spa Gatherings to support hosting and service coordination.
Additional gratuity is optional and never required.
Boutique Spa Gathering Policies
Reservation Policy
A completed Reservation Confirmation Form and payment are required to secure your Boutique Spa Gathering date.
Submitting an inquiry does not reserve a date.
Reservations are confirmed only after approval and payment completion.
Guest Count Policy
A minimum of 4 guests and maximum of 6 guests applies.
Final guest count must be confirmed prior to the event date.
Arrival Policy
Please arrive on time to enjoy the full experience.
Late arrivals may result in reduced experience time to preserve scheduling.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Requests to reschedule must be submitted at least 72 hours before the scheduled gathering date.
Reservation payments are non-refundable but may be transferred one time to a future available date if approved.
No-shows and same-day cancellations are non-transferable.
Minor Participation Policy
Guests ages 12–17 require parent or legal guardian consent prior to participation.
Parents or legal guardians remain responsible for minors during the gathering.
Health & Comfort Policy

Spa hosts may modify participation if needed for guest comfort and safety.
Chair Massage Policy
Chair massage experiences are subject to therapist availability and scheduling.

What to Expect on Your First Visit: Dry Salt Therapy FAQ
Welcome to your first dry salt therapy session! We want your experience at Cattleya Trianae Spa to be completely seamless, relaxing, and deeply therapeutic. Here is everything you need to know before you arrive.
Wear loose, comfortable clothing. The salt will not damage your clothes, but you may leave with a very fine, light dusting of salt particles on your fabric, which easily brushes off. For targeted skin benefits, wear short sleeves or shorts to expose those areas to the salt air.
Yes. Halotherapy is a 100% natural, drug-free, and non-invasive therapy. It works purely on a mechanical level by cleaning your respiratory system from the inside out. It does not interact with oral medications or inhalers.

Yes, it is entirely safe and highly recommended. Children's lungs and airways are smaller and more prone to congestion and irritation from allergies or schoolyard bugs. Halotherapy is a gentle, drug-free way to clear sticky mucus and build up their natural immune defenses.

To protect the purity of our salt air and prevent sticky spills, food and drinks are strictly prohibited inside the salt suite. We highly recommend giving your child a small snack and a sip of water right before their session starts. To keep our therapeutic microenvironment pristine, standard outdoor footwear is strictly prohibited on the pure salt floor. Strict hygiene is a must and incredibly important to us. We ask that all guests adhere to one of these three options:
- Socks: Wear clean socks into the room.
- Barefoot: Going barefoot is excellent for absorbing salt minerals through the skin, but strict foot hygiene is a must. Please let our front desk know so we can accommodate you safely.
- Shoe Covers: If you prefer or need to keep your shoes on, you must wear the protective blue cover socks over your shoes, which we provide for you at the front desk.
We highly recommend leaving electronic devices in your secure locker to fully immerse yourself in relaxation. The microscopic salt in the air can corrode electronic ports over time. If you do bring a phone or book inside, it is at your own risk. Please keep devices on silent to respect the quiet atmosphere.
