If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least a 24-hour notice. Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours will result in the cost of service being the fee for the cancellation. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.
Please note: that there will be no refunds or discounts for arriving late, leaving early, travel delays or illness. It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policy before making a reservation. Naturally, no one books with the intention of cancelling or postponing their class, We wish we could compensate people for unforeseen circumstances, but we have incurred expenses that once paid we cannot refund.
Our trained therapists are here solely to help improve your wellness and relaxation. For full body treatments your body will be fully covered during the entire treatment. If a therapist ever feels that a guest is behaving inappropriately, they are authorized to stop a treatment service immediately and you will be charged for the services scheduled.
To ensure that guests can enjoy the peaceful environment at Cattleya Trianae Spa, we respectfully request that all guests keep noise to a minimum. Cellular phones and electronic devices are discouraged, please keep them on silent mode, please also avoid holding loud conversations.
Smoking and the consumption of alcohol within Cattleya Trianae Spa are prohibited. It is also advisable to avoid the consumption of alcohol or heavy meals prior to, or after any Spa treatment.
All our treatments and services are indented for persons 12 years and older; however, Children are permitted at Cattleya Trianae Spa if they are booked for a service and their parents or guardians give consent for the service. For safety reasons and insurance purposes, no child under the age of 12 is permitted in the spa unless booked for a service. We do not have facilities to care for children and hope you understand we cannot assure their safety in a professional environment due to chemicals and dangerous equipment. We also would like to keep a relaxing environment for our guests.
Your appointments are very important to us. Cattleya Trianae Spa attempts to make Courtesy Reminder Calls at least 2 - 3 day before your scheduled appointment; however, these calls should not be misunderstood as Confirmation Calls. Provided below is the detailed Cancellation Policy for our clients:
A credit card number is required at the time of booking for a confirmed appointment. All appointment services are required 24 hrs in advance and are subject to availability. We also encourage you to make appointments for couples massage, parties or any type of event at least 2 weeks in advance, to ensure the preferred treatments and therapists are available, Same day booking will be difficult. To schedule your appointment, please call Cattleya Trianae Spa at (201) 429-3214 or book online. If you have special requests, physical ailments, disabilities, allergies or if you are pregnant, please notify the receptionist at time of booking. This will prepare our staff to provide the best possible spa treatment for you.
A deposit of 50% of the total price for treatment is due when making an appointment. The deposit can be used toward your treatment where you pay the difference of the total amount after receiving your scheduled service time or can also go towards retail products. If you need to change the appointment for any reason, the deposit will remain on your account as long as any change is made at least 48 hours before the currently scheduled appointment.
*Please Note: For all services, a credit card will be required at the time of booking. Deposits to reserve all scheduled services are Non-Refundable. In the event that you need to reschedule your appointment please do so a minimum of 48- hours prior to your actual existing appointment to avoid cancellation or rescheduling fees or possible forfeiture of your original deposit. Same-day cancellations or No-shows will forfeit your appointment deposit in its entirety and will require an additional appointment deposit to reschedule. One (1) reschedule will be permitted per client – provided that notice to reschedule was given by the client at least 48-hours prior to their actual appointment time.
You can move your booking at any time up to 48 hours before the appointment & your paid booking deposit will automatically transfer to your rescheduled appointment. If the appointment is rescheduled less than 48 hours before the appointment is due to begin, this will result in forfeit of the booking deposit & a new deposit will be required for the rebooked appointment.
Rescheduling an appointment with less than 48 hours notice can only be done once. If the appointment is rescheduled again, it will be classed as a canceled appointment & our cancellation conditions will apply.
Please note that once your appointment has been confirmed, a minimum of 48 hours advance notice is required on any appointment cancellation. Please keep in mind when you make a booking, your appointment is reserved especially for you and, while Cattleya Trianae Spa understands that sometimes scheduled adjustments are necessary, when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, Cattleya Trianae Spa miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Because of this, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of $50 in addition to your booking deposit to your credit card on file of the scheduled service to cover our time and effort.
If you are late for your appointment your treatment time will be shortened but the full cost of the scheduled service will be charged. Some treatments cannot be shortened so we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made.
Please call us as soon as you realize that you will be late so that we can advise you whether we can still fulfil the appointment or if we will have to reschedule you.
Cattleya Trianae Spa reserves the right to charge you a reschedule fee in these circumstances.
Cattleya Trianae Spa understands that there will always be exceptional circumstances where you are unable to give more than 48 hours notice. Cattleya Trianae Spa will continue to be reasonable & understanding & will always use our discretion so if you have any questions or wish to discuss your appointment, please call us in confidence.
It is mutually understood that If a cancellation is due to circumstances beyond any of our control, such as power outage, unfortunate incidence, illness, or weather that requires you or us to have to cancel or be closed during regular business hours, we will reschedule your existing appointment and no discount or rescheduling fee will apply.
Please note: Cattleya Trianae Spa is not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled class or service, such as loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip.
