All spa services, packages, and specials at Cattleya Trianae Spa are paid in full at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

We now proudly offer Afterpay as a convenient payment option for eligible services and retail purchases.

Afterpay allows guests to receive their service immediately and pay in four (4) interest-free installments over six (6) weeks, subject to Afterpay approval and terms.

Payment options are available at checkout and must be completed prior to your scheduled appointment time.

All specials, promotions, and discounted packages require full payment at the time of booking and are non-transferable.

Promotional pricing is valid only during the stated promotional period and cannot be combined with other offers unless otherwise stated.

Because services are paid in full at booking, we kindly ask that all guests provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

may result in the forfeiture of the service payment, including Afterpay payments already processed, in accordance with our policies.

When selecting Afterpay at checkout, guests agree to Afterpay’s terms and conditions.

Cattleya Trianae Spa is not responsible for payment schedules, declined payments, late fees, or account issues related to Afterpay.

Walk-ins are welcome for Salt Therapy Sessions only and may be accommodated up to two (2) hours in advance, based on availability.

All other spa services require advance booking.

Guests under the age of 17 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during all spa treatments.

Cattleya Trianae Spa reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services to anyone for inappropriate behavior, late arrival, or failure to comply with spa policies.
