Updated Covid policy

There is nothing more important to us than our customer’s safety and well-being. For this reason, Following the further easing of Covid Restrictions, we have reviewed and updated our Covid Policy as well as enhanced protocols to  prevent the spread of the Flu to customer's.

Our aims & priorities continue to be:

• To keep you as safe as possible.
• To protect us from contracting the virus & being unable to work.
• To reduce the risk of us from transmitting the virus to you.

We request the cooperation of our client's in maintaining a safe spa environment so we urge anyone that has the following to please NOT make a booking or turn up for an appointment if;

1.  you have a mild cold or flu-like symptoms.
2. you have tested positive for coronavirus in the last 10 days even if you are consistently testing negative with Lateral Flow Tests.
3. you are waiting for a Coronavirus test result.

If you have symptoms, health officials encourage you to contact public health and and stay home while sick to help protect others for 5-10 days (depending on your vaccination status) avoiding contact with others. Should you need to cancel your appointment, please contact us immediately. 

For the safety of everyone, our licensed service providers are permitted to decline service to any customer exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms and will reschedule your appointment.

If you have been in close contact with someone who has tested positive but you do not have any symptoms and have had a negative Covid test since you were last in contact with them, you are welcome to attend your appointment.  Please don't be offended if we ask you to wear a mask in this instance.  You may prefer to reschedule your appointment which we are happy to do for you.

 *Please note that cancellations or changes made less than 48 hours before your appointment may incur a charge.

If any of our staff feel ill or have symptoms of COVlD-19 or Flu, they will self-isolate immediately and not come into the spa. This may mean that we have to cancel your appointment at short notice. We appreciate that this may be inconvenient but it is done entirely for your own safety. If your appointment is cancelled you will be offered an appointment with another therapist or you will be able to re-book again.

Cattleya Triane Spa will continue to waive all cancellation fees if you have Covid but Cattleya Trianae Spa reserves the right to ask for evidence of positive test otherwise the cancellation fee may be charged.  If you have paid a booking deposit, this will not be refunded but will be transferred to your rescheduled appointment when you have recovered.

If you have been in close contact with someone who has Covid but you do not have symptoms & you have a negative test on the morning of your appointment, you are welcome to attend your appointment & we may ask you to wear a mask.  If you choose to cancel, the normal cancellation fees will apply.

Please contact us as soon as you have or suspect that you have Covid so that we can discuss your options.

Clients are not required to wear a mask during the service but of course, you are welcome to do so if you wish.

*Our therapist are no longer required to wear masks.  Should you wish that your service provider wear a mask, please ask, they’ll be happy to do so.

We appreciate your concern and cooperation and Cattleya Trianae Spa will try to make your treatment as safe, comfortable and enjoyable as possible. We will continue to monitor the situation and take additional measures if or when they become necessary to ensure the safety of our customers and our staff. If you have any concerns about your treatments please let us know and we will do what we can to accommodate you.
