Booking & Deposits
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your party and will be applied to the final bill.
- Party pricing includes the Guest of Honor and confirmed guests—additional guests may incur extra fees.
- A 20% gratuity and state tax will be added to all party packages.
Scheduling & Duration
- Parties start on time and last between 1 to 2.5 hours. Late arrivals may miss scheduled activities.
- Unscheduled walk-ins are not permitted during parties.
- Guests should be picked up promptly as there is only a 15-minute gap between events.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Deposit is non-refundable.
- 7-day notice is required for rescheduling, with a $25 rescheduling fee.
- Cattleya Trianae Spa reserves the right to reschedule or cancel due to unforeseen circumstances.
Guest Policy
- Final guest count must be confirmed 4 days prior—this will be the billed amount, regardless of attendance.
- Extra guests may be accommodated only with prior approval and will incur additional fees.
Liability & Allergies
- The Party Host is responsible for guests and must inform them of potential allergens in spa products.
- Cattleya Trianae Spa is not liable for injuries, allergic reactions, or property damage.
Photos & Videos
- Guests are welcome to take photos/videos.
- Cattleya Trianae Spa may use event photos for promotional purposes.
Adult Supervision
- The Party Host must be present for the entire event.
- One parent per participating guest may stay and relax.
Food & Drinks
- Outside food and beverages are not allowed, except for items included in our catering packages.
Payment
- Final payment is due on the day of the party via debit, credit, or cash (no checks).
