SPA PARTY pOLICY

Your party is officially booked once you have paid the deposit and signed the Agreement.

Party packages are priced based on a total amount of persons including the Guest of Honor. Please advise at point of booking if you have plan to invite over additional participants as they may require additional time.

At Cattleya Trianae Spa we schedule up spa appointments throughout the day and during parties. Unscheduled walk-ins are not permitted.

 A fifty percent (50%) non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking and signing this Agreement.  Should any party be canceled and not rescheduled, the deposit will be forfeited in its entirety.  The deposit payment will be credited toward your final bill.  Please note: state tax and an eighteen percent (18%) service gratuity is added to all party packages.  

 Parties will begin promptly at the time indicated above. All activities are carefully planned and any guest that arrives late may not be able to join the activity which is currently taking place. All party packages last between 1 hour - 2 hour 30 minutes long (unless otherwise stated in this Agreement). In an effort to avoid traffic both at the point of arrival and during the departure of the premises, we ask that you please accompany any of your guests that are waiting to be picked up, outside in front of the spa as we only have fifteen minutes available between parties. 

 Deposit is non-refundable. We require 7 days’ notice to reschedule your party. We do our best to work with you when the need to reschedule occurs; however, it is based on availability. There will be a $25 charge for a date change or rescheduling request. In cases of inclement weather, illness, or other unforeseen occurrence, Cattleya Trianae Spa reserves the right to reschedule or cancel your party. 

 You must confirm your final guest count with Cattleya Trianae Spa 4 days prior to the event date.  This is the number Cattleya Trianae Spa will use to plan your party and you will be charged accordingly.  Once you provide a final head count, you can only add additional guests with the consent and approval of Cattleya Trianae Spa. 

 Some guests may not show up even if they RSVP.  Please remember all services requested and scheduled will still be charged for the final guest count you confirmed prior to the event regardless of whether or not all confirmed guests attend. This is necessary due to the special staffing needs and scheduling allowances made by Cattleya Trianae Spa for your party. 

 Our party packages cover the Guest of Honor and confirmed guests.  We prepare our events based on the final headcount given to us prior to the event.  In the event that additional guests show up and/or are invited to the event without our knowledge, the client will incur additional fees per person. 

 Cattleya Trianae Spa, its owners, affiliates, and employees assume no responsibility or liability for accidents that may occur on the premises.  We assume no responsibility for allergies relating to food items, clothing, make-up, injuries to party guests, or property damage that occurs before, during, or after the event.  As professional event planners, we can assure you that we will provide a safe environment for you and your guests.  All liability will lie strictly with you, the Party Host.  You must inform each guest that we will use skin products and food that may contain dairy, oatmeal, nuts, and other allergy-producing items.  You are responsible for ensuring that each child has permission from their parent or guardian to use all our products.  If there is a child that must not come into contact with any of our dairy products, nut products, makeup, bath bombs, clothing, etc., you, the Party Host, are responsible to advise us and are responsible in making sure that your guests does not come into contact with those products. Please note that all services provided to the Guest of Honor and the participating guests are for entertainment purposes only. 

  We always encourage guests to take as many photos and recorded videos as possible. Photos and videos taken by Cattleya Trianae Spa are under the sole ownership of Cattleya Trianae Spa and we may use them for promotional purposes on our website, social media accounts, print ads, or publications. 

 It is expected that the Party Host will remain present and in attendance throughout the entire duration of the party. Aside from guest of honor family, one parent per participating guest are welcome to stay, sit back and relax. 

 Outside snacks, popcorn, chips, hot foods, and/or alcoholic beverages are not permitted in our venue.  Instead, we provide the option of purchasing our catering menu and soft drinks for the guests in attendance in the party packages. 

 Your party balance is due the day of the party and may be paid by debit, credit, or cash. NO checks, please.
