Party Booking, FAQ & Policies

• A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure your party date and time.
   
• The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the party.
   
• Parties can be booked via phone, email, or our website booking form.
   

• Parties are scheduled for the duration listed in each package (2–4 hours depending on age and tier).
   
• Start times are firm to ensure all guests enjoy activities, treatments, and salt cave sessions.
   
• Late arrivals may shorten scheduled activities to accommodate treatment rotations.
   

• Deposits are non-refundable.
   
• Parties may be rescheduled with at least 14 days’ notice without losing the deposit.
   
• Cancellations within 14 days of the party may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
   

• Parties are limited to 4–6 guests to ensure personalized attention and safety.
   
• Additional guests may be added for an extra fee, subject to availability.
   

• We have one facial table and one LED mask. Guests take turns receiving mini facials or chair massages while the rest of the group enjoys DIY stations, salt cave relaxation, wellness classes, or photo fun.
   
• This ensures everyone is engaged and enjoys a personalized, VIP-style experience.
   

• LED facials are optional upgrades ($15–$20 per guest) for those who want a high-tech spa experience.
   
• All other facials remain luxurious and personalized, even without LED.
   

• Each package includes spa-style refreshments such as fruit, pastries, and herbal teas/mocktails.
   
• Optional custom dessert platters or charcuterie boards may be added for an extra fee.
   
• Outside food is not permitted without prior approval.
   

• Guests participate in DIY activities, light spa treatments, and salt cave sessions at their own risk.
   
• Please inform us of any allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to booking.
   
• Cattleya Trianae Spa is not responsible for adverse reactions to products used during activities.
   

• Children and teens must be supervised by at least one adult for the duration of the party.
   
• Adults are responsible for ensuring minor guests follow spa safety guidelines.
   

• We love capturing special moments! Guests may appear in photos/videos for marketing and social media.
   
• If you prefer not to be photographed, please notify us in advance.
   

• Not included in the package price. We suggest 15–20% for professional services, which can be added at checkout.
   
• For Premium packages, gratuity can optionally be included — please ask when booking.
   

• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and Venmo/PayPal for deposits and balances.
   
• Payment is due in full before or at the conclusion of the party.
